There are those in the same company who will see you bought a new car and focus on purchasing the same irrespective of if they can afford it or not. This to be extrinsic motivation. It is always good to be self-reliant as an individual, focusing on something because you admire and by your inspiration. Here, I have for you ways you can increase your intrinsic motivation.
